Website delivery and security

Cloudflare delivers and protects this website. In doing so, Cloudflare may process technical request information such as IP address, device and browser information, and security events. We use this processing to deliver the site reliably and protect it from abuse. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure website operation.

Newsletter and contact forms

When you join the Vessbroz family, we process your name, email address and any city or country you choose to provide so we can send requested artist, ticket and tour updates. We rely on your consent; you may withdraw it at any time by contacting us.

When you request a show in your city, we process your name, email address, city, country and any Instagram handle you choose to provide. We use this information to send the Vessbroz family, newsletter and tour updates you actively request. City and country are required to deliver a relevant tour alert; your Instagram handle is optional. We rely on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time by contacting us.

When you contact us, we process your name, email address and message to respond to your request. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where relevant, taking steps requested by you before an agreement.

Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent abuse. The form workflow sends submitted data through n8n solely to validate and route the request and then to KALUT, our audience-management system. We do not forward your raw IP address; Cloudflare may provide a coarse city and country estimate for the form workflow.

Optional Meta and TikTok pixels

Only after you actively consent to marketing, we load the Meta Pixel (ID 1186257443430904) and TikTok Pixel (ID D43U2IJC77UCH1AEAPM0). The pixels help measure visits and advertising performance, attribute interactions to campaigns, and create advertising audiences.

Depending on your device and provider settings, Meta and TikTok may receive the page URL, referrer, time of access, IP address, browser and device information, cookie or device identifiers, and information about interactions with this website. The legal basis is your consent.

The recipients are Meta Platforms Ireland Limited and TikTok Technology Limited together with their relevant group companies and service providers. Processing may include transfers outside the EEA under the safeguards described by the providers.

Retention

We retain form submissions only for as long as needed to answer and administer the request. We retain newsletter details until you withdraw consent. We may retain information longer where required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Meta and TikTok determine their own retention periods as described in their policies and account settings.

Cookies and local storage

We store your cookie preference locally in your browser so we can remember your choice. This storage is necessary for the preference function. Meta and TikTok marketing technologies remain off unless you actively choose marketing. You can reject them without losing access and change your choice at any time through Cookie Settings in the site footer.

Your rights

Subject to the applicable conditions, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of your personal data. You can also withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing before withdrawal.
